A graduate of Mu’tah University, Jordan, he began his journey as the first Minister of Religion at the Belfast Islamic Centre, blending faith-based leadership with community engagement and becoming a sought-after guest speaker and Skolar expert. His passion for education and innovation led him to postgraduate studies in Finland, where he refined his expertise in educational entrepreneurship and inclusive learning. As the Director of Education at Khalifah Education Foundation, he championed character education, reshaping school models to align with 21st-century learning and progressive pedagogy. Beyond institutional reform, Hasrizal has been a trusted voice in national policy, serving on Malaysia’s National Education Policy Review Committee to shape Malaysia’s education landscape. A prolific author of 28 books, he shares wisdom that resonates across generations. Since being diagnosed with ADHD in 2021, he has embraced neurodiversity advocacy, shaping his approach to inclusive and meaningful education. Now based in Ireland, he is pursuing a Master’s in Education, exploring the impact of generative AI on university students’ learning experiences.
